Standard ATA

Stand Alone Price: $99

The Standard ATA is the base product that you would require to get going with HugoVoIP. This device allows you to connect one standard analogue telephone (more can be connect if wired by a technician). This will allow you to make and receive telephone calls via your HugoVoIP account with the phone(s) that are connected to this device.

The Standard ATA requires one free Ethernet port on your modem/router/switch. If you do not have one free Ethernet port, then you are required to purchase a switch. A switch will expand the number of free ports that you have available. Please see below for a description of the switches that we sell.
Please note that this device is not compatible with an USB only modem.

Advanced ATA

Stand Alone Price: $129

The Advanced ATA is very similar to the standard ATA. However, it features 'fail over'. This means that, if connected correctly, you will be able to wire all of your existing telephones into this device. When you have power, and an internet connection, this device will try and make all outgoing calls via your HugoVoIP connection. At the same time, it will able to receive any calls that come in either your HugoVoIP connector or your standard telephone fixed line. As a bonus, the fail over feature means that if the power goes out, or if the device cannot establish a VoIP connection to our servers, you will still be able to make outgoing calls via your fixed line service.

As with the Standard ATA above, this device requires one free Ethernet port on your modem/router or switch. if you do not have at least one free Ethernet port, then you will be required to purchase a switch to expand the number of available Ethernet ports. VoIP All-In-One Modem/Router/Wireless

This is the complete solution for HugoNet customers also looking for the value of HugoVoIP. This Modem/Router combo unit provides all the functionality that you would require for your network in one compact box. This devices features a fully ADS1/ADSL2+ compliant modem, 8 port Ethernet switch, wireless access point, and all of the features of the Advanced ATA.

This device will allow you to connect up to four computers to the internet via Ethernet cables, and as many wireless clients as you please. The ATA portion of this device allows you to connect one standard analogue telephone (more if wired by a technician). These phone(s) can then receive calls that come in on either the HugoVoIP line, or your standard fixed line service. When making a call, the unit will attempt to make the outgoing call via the HugoVoIP connection. If this is not possible (e.g. Broadband is not connected, or the power is out), you will still be able to make calls via your standard fixed line service.

Standard Desktop SIP Phone

The Standard Desktop SIP phone is a stand-alone solution for HugoVoIP. The phone plugs into your Ethernet network, and talks directly back to our servers. This phone has many advanced features that you would expect to find from high end IP phones at a fraction of the price. If you have a new or existing HugoVoIP account, we are able to pre-configure these units for you. They also feature a built-in web server for easy configuration.

Advanced Desktop SIP Phone (Colour Screen)

The Advanced Desktop SIP phone is a stand-alone solution for HugoVoIP. The phone plugs into your Ethernet network, and talks directly back to our servers. This phone has many advanced features that you would expect to find from high end IP phones at a fraction of the price. This model features a bright, high resolution color display. If you have a new or existing HugoVoIP account, we are able to pre-configure these units for you. They also feature a built-in web server for easy configuration.

Please note that this model supports the PoE standard (Power over Ethernet), and does not come with a power pack. The power pack can be ordered separately for $19.95. We also sell a PoE Switch which can be used to power the device. Please see below for pricing and more information.

WiFi Mobile SIP Phone

Stand Alone Price: $280

The WiFi SIP phone is the ultimate gadget with HugoVoIP. The WiFi phone connects to your wireless network, and uses your broadband connection to talk back to our servers. All that is required to use this product is that you have a broadband connection with a wireless access point. The device is easily configurable with the large color screen and large buttons. If you order this device for your new or existing HugoVoIP connection, our technicians will be able to pre-configure the SIP portion of the device. You will need to configure the phone to connect to your wireless network. Easy to follow instructions are provided to assist you in doing this. The phone is able to connect to any wireless B/G network, and supports encryption standards WEP, WPA, WPAv2, TKIP.

The device charges through a USB cable that can connect to any computer with a USB port. This phone features up to 50 hours standby time between charges on average.

SoftPhone Client

Stand Alone Price: $0

The soft-phone client is a piece of software that you can install on your pc. Providing that you have a headset with speakers and a microphone, you can then use your computer to make and receive calls with HugoVoIP, if that computer is connected to a broadband account. HugoNet recommends the X-Lite client made by CounterPath. You can download a copy for free from their website here. 8 Port Switch

Stand Alone Price: $30

This switch allows you to expand the number of Ethernet ports that you have available to connect devices to. This switch provides you with an additional 8 ports. This switch does not support the power over Ethernet standard, and as thus, will not power the Desktop SIP Phones. Pleas see below for our PoE Switch.

8 Port Power over Ethernet Switch*

The 8 Port PoE switch gives you an extra 8 Ethernet ports on your network. This allows you to connect more devices to your network, and share and enjoy the benefits of the internet and locally shared resources. This switch can provide power to networking devices using the PoE standard. As thus, this device can be used in conjunction with applicable Desktop SIP phones that we offer, allowing you to run the phone without the need for a power pack for each phone. This is particularly handy for business customers, or those wanting to run multiple phones.
