Who is HugoNet?
HugoNet is young, dynamic and privately owned Internet Service Provider (ISP) that was established in 1998,
originally called HC Internet. HugoNet is a division of We Manage I.T. Pty. Ltd.

- Monitor and maintain network performance to the highest standards
- Perform frequent network upgrades to ensure our equipment is cutting edge
- Strive to prevent outages on the network that are within our control
- Provide prompt and friendly technical support to our customers Nationwide

| 1998 | HC Internet officially opens for business. Upstream connectivity was provided by a local provider in Geelong. This was sufficient at the time as our aim was to provide Internet access solely for our clients at HC IT Services. |

| 2000 | Due to unreliability and performance issues caused by the provider we chose to move our connection to Connect Internet Solutions at the same capacity. Performance and reliability was drastically improved. |

| 2001 | Mid 2001 - Introduction of an additional second high speed link for international traffic. This was introduced at the time due to a large percentage of traffic originating from the United States. Late 2001 - Introduction of unlimited plans nationwide. Late 2001 - HC Internet becomes a reseller of Satellite broadband products. |

| 2002 | Early 2002 - Affiliate program introduced to expand subscriber base nationally. Mid 2002 - Doubled upstream connectivity with Connect Internet Solutions. HC Internet becomes a reseller for RequestDSL products and services. |

| 2003 | Early 2003 - Introduced MegaNet DSL residential ADSL products and SOHO ADSL products provided by Connect Internet Solutions and Telstra. Network bandwidth is provided within our own network. Early 2003 - Further expansion to our core network with the introduction of a high speed link to COMindico Australia. Mid 2003 - Agency Access application is released to agents for secure online registration and payment. |

| 2004 | Early 2004 - Opened a sales office in Queensland to meet increased demand. |

| 2005 | Early 2005 - Introduced new MegaNet connection plans - Launched MegaNet Prepaid Cards Late 2005 - Re branded company to HugoNet to cater for future brand expansion. |
